Let us introduce ourselves: we’re Taz and Reid, brothers from Australia who somehow found ourselves telling love stories for a living.
In 2017, we shot our first wedding and it immediately felt unique. The energy of the day — the people, the emotion, the fleeting moments — made us realise there was something special about documenting weddings.
But we knew we wanted to approach it a little differently. We we tired of seeing predictable photo compositions, and boring soundtracks for film. We were drawn to energy and feeling. The kind that brings you back into that moment with the same emotions every single time.
Our approach is creative & intentional. For photo, we love dynamic compositions & searching for honesty and art in unrepeatable moments. And for film, presence is a huge factor. We love being amongst the energy when the moment demands it, but also creating space to let the quieter moments breathe.
We believe great storytelling isn’t just about capturing beautiful images and videos — it’s about creating something that allows you to feel the day again. Years from now, when life has moved on and the day has become a story you tell, these images and films will bring you right back to it — the people, the feeling, the atmosphere of it all. Creating something that can carry a moment through time like that is the reason we do this.

It will always be us, Taz and Reid, at every wedding we take on. Depending on your collection we may have an associate shooter working alongside us, but we will never send subcontractors to shoot your wedding on our behalf, which is something worth being very clear on when choosing any photo or video team
Absolutely! But we also don’t think most people are actually awkward. Usually, they’ve just been put in awkward situations, so our approach is to give calm, natural direction that helps you feel comfortable, without forcing fake laughs, cringey poses, or moments that don’t feel like you.
Because your day feels so much smoother when photo, film and content are all working from the same creative vision. It means fewer people to manage, less overlap on the day, and a more consistent end result where everything feels collaborative, aligned and seamless.
